- The client must provide personal information and a valid payment method.
- The deposit payment confirms the reservation.
- What is included and what is paid separately depends on each service and destination, and is indicated on its page and in the reservation confirmation.
Client Obligations
- The client must show up 15 minutes before with ID and receipt.
- It is mandatory to comply with safety regulations and the employer's instructions.
- The customer is responsible for damages caused by misuse.
